Pickup:

Pre-ordered goods can be picked up personally by arranging this with the online store manager or by specifying a pickup request. The manager will confirm when the order is ready for collection at our office.

Across Ukraine via delivery services:

Delivery across Ukraine is available for orders totaling at least 1000 UAH.

The goods are delivered by a carrier to your city. We ship via "Nova Poshta," "Autolux," "In-Time," and any other carriers operating in your area. Upon receiving the goods at the carrier’s warehouse in your city, you can check the package and pay for the delivery.

If you choose to have the goods delivered by a carrier and pay upon receipt after verification, this service is called "cash on delivery." It is paid by the buyer and amounts to approximately 1.5% of the amount you transfer.

Delivery Time

In Kyiv and Vyshhorod

• On Saturdays and Sundays, delivery is usually not available.

Delivery is made the next day after placing the order or by arrangement. Our managers will coordinate the order readiness, details, time, and delivery with you.
